Activating DisneyNow on your TV or streaming device connects your TV provider subscription to the app so you can access the full episode library and live TV channels. The process takes just a few minutes and only needs to be done once per device. You’ll use a short activation code that appears on your TV screen, then enter it at DisneyNow.com/activate from any phone or computer browser to complete the link.
Activation codes expire after 15 minutes. Once you see the code on your TV screen, move promptly to your phone or computer to complete the sign-in before the code becomes invalid. If it does expire, simply go back to the DisneyNow app and request a new code.

Download the DisneyNow App

On your streaming device, smart TV, or gaming console, open the device’s app store (such as the Roku Channel Store, Amazon Appstore, Apple App Store on Apple TV, or your TV’s built-in app store) and search for DisneyNow. Download and install the free app.

Open the App and Select Sign In

Launch the DisneyNow app on your device. On the home screen or welcome screen, select Sign In or Activate, depending on the device. This begins the activation flow.

Choose Your TV Provider

A list of supported TV providers will appear on screen. Scroll through the list and select your cable, satellite, or live TV streaming provider. If you’re not sure which provider you have, check your most recent TV bill or the name of the service you pay for monthly.

Note the Activation Code

After selecting your provider, DisneyNow will display a short activation code on your TV screen — typically a combination of letters and numbers. Keep the app open and this screen visible while you move to the next step.

Go to DisneyNow.com/activate

On a smartphone, tablet, or computer, open a web browser and navigate to DisneyNow.com/activate. This is the official activation portal for all DisneyNow-supported devices.

Enter the Code and Sign In

Type the activation code exactly as shown on your TV screen into the field on the activation page, then click Continue. You’ll be prompted to sign in with your TV provider username and password. Use the same credentials you use to log in to your provider’s website or app.

Confirmation and Enjoy

Once you’ve signed in successfully, the DisneyNow app on your TV will automatically refresh and display your account. You’re now signed in and have full access to all content included with your TV provider subscription.
Keep the DisneyNow app open and visible on your TV throughout the entire activation process. The app monitors for a successful activation in real time, so closing it may delay or interrupt the confirmation step.
