DisneyNow is free to use, and a great selection of content is available to everyone without any account. But signing in with your TV provider takes the experience to the next level. Once connected, you unlock the full library of current-season Disney Channel, Disney Junior, and Disney XD episodes, live TV streams, and the latest episodes that air on Disney networks — often available the very next day. If you already pay for a cable, satellite, or live TV streaming service, this is completely free to set up and requires only a few minutes.

What TV Provider Sign-In Unlocks

Connecting your TV provider gives you access to:

How to Sign In

Open DisneyNow

Launch the DisneyNow app on your device, or visit DisneyNow.com in a web browser. On TV-connected devices, complete the one-time activation at DisneyNow.com/activate first if you haven’t already done so.

Tap or Click Sign In

From the DisneyNow home screen, select the Sign In option. This is typically found in the top navigation bar on the website, or in the main menu or welcome screen within the app.

Choose Your TV Provider

A searchable list of supported TV providers will appear. Scroll or search for your cable, satellite, or live TV service and select it. If you’re unsure of your provider name, check your monthly bill or the name of the service in your bank statements.

Enter Your Provider Credentials

You’ll be redirected to your TV provider’s secure sign-in page. Enter the username (or email) and password associated with your provider account — these are the same credentials you’d use to log in to your provider’s own website or app (for example, your Xfinity ID, Spectrum username, or DirecTV account email).

Enjoy Full Access

After a successful sign-in, you’ll be returned to DisneyNow with your account fully linked. Content that was previously locked will now be available, and you’ll see live TV options if they’re included in your package.
If you subscribe to YouTube TV or Hulu with Live TV, you can sign in to DisneyNow with those credentials too — just look for them in the provider list. These live TV streaming services are fully supported and give you the same full-access experience as traditional cable or satellite.

What to Do If Your Provider Isn’t Listed

If you don’t see your TV provider in the DisneyNow sign-in list, your provider may not currently be a participating partner. In that case, you can still enjoy DisneyNow’s free content — no sign-in required. Check DisneyNow.com periodically, as new provider partnerships are added over time. You may also want to contact your TV provider directly to ask about DisneyNow support and let them know you’d like it as a feature.
